Returns Policy
SALE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE
Hats, Fascinators or Hatinators . Any headpiece or Jewellery is non returnable due to health and hygiene.
Please ask any question before purchasing any sale goods from Chequers Boutique.
Should you wish to return your full price and not a sale purchase, you have seven days. Please email chequersboutique.info@gmail.com and please return the goods to the address shown on the Returns Information.
You will need to return the goods with the original receipt to us in their original condition and complete with all labels.
*Note: when trying on items of clothing do not remove labels. Please ensure that you are not wearing any makeup perfume or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. Remove all jewellery please remember that all of our garments are made with delicate material. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. Handle with care and do not apply any unnecessary force.
The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Jewellery care guidelines: Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Avoid scratching your jewellery by storing in a non-abrasive box or pouch.
Items such as hats, earrings and fascinators are not permitted to be returned for hygiene reasons.
Chequers Boutique is not liable for the cost of returning items.
The item returned is still your responsibility until received by Chequers Boutique.
We strongly recommend that you return the goods via a delivery service that requires a signature on receipt, insurance to the purchase value and is track-able online.
All special orders and orders made to the customers specification are non-returnable.
Upon a return fulfilling all the above requirements a refund will be credited to your original payment method within 14 days.
Items purchased from outside of Europe, in addition to all or any of the above, the cost of customs vat, duties and brokerage.
These payments are to be paid at the time of shipping as goods received by UK customs will not be released until such has been paid.
Customers are advised to take out insurance for orders being sent out on their behalf. Chequers Boutique will not be held responsible for any breakages / damages during transit.

Delivery Information
We deliver to all mainland UK destinations.
Please note that Standard Delivery will take longer where a weekend or a bank holiday falls
Delivery of orders from stock will be sent out within 48 hours.
The availability and expected delivery date of a Special Order will be confirmed within 48 hours.
If you have requested a delivery date we will endeavour to meet that date.
All items require a signature upon delivery.
Please note that the delivery address must be the same as the corresponding address used on the method of payment.
Chequers Boutique cannot be accountable for delays in delivery or with customs clearance.
